own conference, events and minor outlets
manager, Bianca Melville, taking home the
win for Employee Excellence in Service
- Accommodation Division. If that wasn’t
enough, the hotel also scored Best Restaurant
- Accommodation Division and Chef of the
Year for their iconic dining venue, Yamagen.
