Meticulous measurements
The fiber optic measurements after installation
require extremely concentrated and
conscientious work. Hundreds or thousands
of ports and links need to be checked.
Experienced specialists from R&M will take
over the tasks or support measurements and
documentation. This allows the partners to
complete their installation projects quickly.
With the documentation created by R&M,
they fulfill their duties to inform customers.
This also serves as the basis for warranties.
Project consulting
Each network stands for itself. Customers
usually expect an individual solution. This
is why the technical sales consultants from
R&M support their projects from the initial
planning stage through the construction process
and up to the actual commissioning of
the network. They have practical professional
experience and additional qualifications. The
international experience of the R&M Group
from numerous projects is also incorporated
into the advisory procedure.
The modular principle of the R&M
connectivity solutions makes it easier to
design and plan infrastructures individually.
Nevertheless, some construction projects
require product modifications or tailor-made
designs. R&M offers engineering services for
such cases. In a short time, custom-made
products can be provided individually or in
the desired batch sizes.
Globally networked
The Swiss sales region is well advanced with
its range of services. The global networking
within the R&M locations ensures that this
knowledge and the wealth of experience
are passed on to other regions accordingly.
Coordination is carried out by the «Technical
Support & Training» department, which, in
