Inna allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati sayajAAalu lahumu<br />

alrrahmanu wuddan<br />

Lo! those who believe <strong>and</strong> do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them<br />

love<br />

None can remain a believer unless there is no love in one’s heart for Ali <strong>and</strong> his<br />

Progeny (RAA).<br />

Reported by many traditionalists <strong>and</strong> the Qur'anic commentators on the authority of<br />

Hadrat Bara'a Bin Azab (RA) that the Holy Messenger of Allah (<strong>SAWS</strong> said to Hadrat<br />

Ali Ibn Abi Talib (RA): Say O 'Ali! O Allah create for me with you <strong>and</strong> create for me the<br />

"Love" in the bosoms of the believers! And at the same time, revealed this verse of Sura<br />

Mariam (19:96): Lo! those who believe <strong>and</strong> do good works, the Beneficent will<br />

appoint for them love. The Holy Messenger (<strong>SAWS</strong>) said: It refers to the true love in<br />

the bosoms of the believers.<br />

Some famous traditions of the Holy Messenger of Allah<br />

(<strong>SAWS</strong>) about <strong>His</strong> Progeny<br />

Reported by Ibn Maghazili al-Shafa’ie, on the authority of al-Suddi (RA) that the verse<br />

And if any one earns any good, We shall give him an<br />

increase of good in respect thereof (Shura 42:23) refers to the adoration of the Progeny of<br />

the Messenger of Allah (<strong>SAWS</strong>) <strong>and</strong> the verse And soon will thy Guardian-<br />

Lord give thee (that wherewith) thou shalt be well-pleased. (Sura Zuha 93:5) refers to the<br />

“Rida”, pleasing to the Muhammed (<strong>SAWS</strong>) that <strong>His</strong> Ahl ul-Bait will let enter to the<br />

Paradise<br />

that the first caliph Hadrat Abu Bakr (RA) used to say:
