Hadrat Umar Bin al-Khattab (RA) testified that Hadrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib (RA) best<br />

Reported by the distinguished traditionalists on the authority of Hadrat Abdullah Ibn<br />

Abbas (RA) that Hadrat Umar Ibn al-Khattab (RA) said: It is ‘Ali, who has best judged<br />

amongst us or made ruling on our cases!<br />
