SENIOR DANCE AEROBICS
This exciting class combines a warm-up, upper body
conditioning, and mat work for toning followed by a cool
down. Included are easy to learn aerobic dance moves
for the active senior. It’s toe-tapping FUN! Meet new
friends, while following the latest health advice from
experts. Wear comfortable clothing, proper shoes and
bring an exercise mat.

to know before you talk to a salesman or before you
sign on the dotted line? This presentation will help you
navigate through all of the confusing information and
you will receive tips to help you make informed decisions
about your drug and health care coverage.
