AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS<br />

(8-week sessions NOW!!)<br />

This long-standing successful program is intended for children in grades Kindergarten through fifth grade. Program<br />

will create opportunities for students <strong>to</strong> pursue their interests in crafts, woodworking, sports, and legos. Courses<br />

are offered at each elementary school one day per week in 8-week sessions.<br />

Locations: Donges Bay – Mondays & Wednesdays<br />

Oriole Lane – Tuesdays & Wednesdays<br />

Wilson – Mondays & Thursdays<br />

Time: 4:05pm – 5:15pm - TIME CHANGE<br />

Fee: Resident $71/Non-Resident $76<br />

Registration: Registration must be completed through the M-T Recreation department.<br />

Sports Club: The school day is over and students are ready <strong>to</strong> run off some energy! New cooperative games<br />

and team sports will provide just that. This is a non-competitive program, allowing all children <strong>to</strong> participate and<br />

have fun. Ball games, tag games, and more will help children get exercise and develop skills and sportsmanship.<br />

Arts & Crafts: Let your child create and make a mess. All supplies will be provided. Every week another<br />

medium will be used. Children will create with beads, lanyard, leather, paints, paper, chalk, and more. Students<br />

will be divided by grades <strong>to</strong> allow for age appropriate projects.<br />

Legos: Children will build with legos using kits and their imaginations. Innovative games and challenges keep<br />

everyone interested! Students will be divided by grades <strong>to</strong> allow for age appropriate projects.<br />

Woodworking: Children will build with wood using hand <strong>to</strong>ols. Projects range from boxes <strong>to</strong> trains, depending on<br />

the ability level. Students will be divided by age in<strong>to</strong> advanced and beginner groups for appropriate skill development.<br />
