Disney Musical “Aristocats”

This is our first season offering a musical theater
experience for students in grades 2 – 5. We are
starting with a very popular show that has lots of
fun and energetic parts for everyone. Madame’s
jealous butler Edgar cat-naps Duchess and her
Aristokittens and abandons them in the Parisian
countryside. What’s a cat to do? Luckily, Thomas
O’Malley and his rag-tag bunch of Alley Cats come
to their rescue! This feline adventure is sure to get
your audiences tapping their feet to its hep, jazzy
beat, which includes the Disney favorites “The
Aristocats,” “Scales and Arpeggios” and “Ev’rybody
Wants to Be a Cat.” This program is for beginners
or students who have some experience on stage.
Everyone gets to sing, act and dance on stage
for two performances. Join Ms. Clark and Ms.
Figg in their 7th season with the M-T Recreation
Department. All participants will receive a
T-shirt.
Attention Parents/Guardians! All students who enroll in this program are expected to be at all rehearsals,
so please do not enroll your child unless they are committed to giving 100% to the program. We cannot
allow students to skip to participate in other programs that occur at the same time, this could lead to us
replacing your child in the show.
Auditions for parts for this musical will be on Wednesday, October 3rd at 4:15pm at Range Line Gym.
Audition packets will be available in early September for pick up at the M-T Rec Office.

Fee: Resident $150/Non-Resident $165 ($10.00 will be used for costume fee)

• Tuesday, January 15th from 4:15pm-5:45pm
• Wednesday, January 16th from 4:15pm-5:45pm
There will be performances on: (Call times are always a minimum of one hour before show time.)
• Friday, January 18th at 7:00pm
• Saturday, January 19th at 2:00pm
