Cardio Mix Aerobic Class<br />
Join a fun class of stretching and aerobic exercise <strong>to</strong> a variety of music. If you want <strong>to</strong> be a part of a great work out,<br />
then join Cheryl Figg’s cardio mix class. The class consists of a warm-up, stretching and strengthening exercise,<br />
followed by an aerobic workout using simple dance/exercise routines <strong>to</strong> a large variety of music. The class ends with<br />
a relaxing cool down <strong>to</strong> peaceful music, stretching exercises and techniques for letting go of your stress. These<br />
routines can be modified easily for all levels. So if you are a beginner or someone who has been exercising for<br />
years, this class is designed for you!<br />
Cheryl Figg has a degree in Recreation and Modern Dance from Indiana University and has been teaching aerobic<br />
dance and exercise classes since 1980. She is also a 4th grade teacher with the <strong>Mequon</strong>-<strong>Thiensville</strong> <strong>School</strong><br />
<strong>District</strong>. She is a true professional who brings a lot of energy and commitment <strong>to</strong> teaching a safe and fun aerobic<br />
class for all levels. This class is great for men and women! Wear comfortable clothing, cross trainer aerobic<br />
dance type shoes and bring a mat or <strong>to</strong>wel <strong>to</strong> use for floor work.<br />

Gentle Yoga <strong>Open</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Adults</strong> & <strong>Seniors</strong><br />
Enjoy a light, gentle flow-style of Hatha Yoga <strong>to</strong> help release tension and fatigue with this mind/body experience<br />
<strong>to</strong> promote well-being. This class offers a chance <strong>to</strong> unwind and improve mobility – with calming yet energizing<br />
exercises <strong>to</strong> improve posture, circulation, balance, range-of-motion and strength, while promoting tranquility.<br />
It’s always advised that your doc<strong>to</strong>r be consulted before starting yoga or any new form of exercise. Yoga mats,<br />
blocks, straps are available for us if needed. Bring <strong>to</strong> class: Yoga mat, pillow for support if needed, blanket if<br />
desired, water <strong>to</strong> stay hydrated is always a good idea.<br />
