Before some trips, you and the girls will need to obtain GSGATL permission. Read this section fully for speci�cs, and also whether<br />

speci�c forms must be �lled out before traveling. Here is a handy checklist to help you get ready for troop or group trips and travel:<br />

progressively longer trips working up to<br />

experience should include a parent or<br />

other guardian for each girl.<br />

completed one full year together and<br />

have successfully complete a variety <strong>of</strong><br />

or two nights once progressive day trips<br />

more nights based on previous troop<br />

All trips involving overnight experiences <strong>of</strong> three or more nights or high risk activities must be approved in advance <strong>of</strong> the trip. High<br />

risk activities include: Archery, backpacking, camping, caving, challenge or adventure courses including indoor/outdoor climbing<br />

walls, activities involving horses, ri�ery/gun safety, rafting/tubing/boating, swimming or downhill skiing.
