RECORd OF BULLETInS<br />
Bulletins are issued from time to time to communicate procedural changes that occur within the year and<br />
that need to be implemented in a timely manner. These bulletins will be distributed by electronic means<br />
and may be printed on contrasting paper such as blue paper. The pages are to be inserted at the beginning<br />
of the corresponding chapter where easy reference can be made. Bulletins will remain in effect until<br />
cancelled or integrated into the ACd manual at the subsequent revision cycle. It is the responsibility of the<br />
air operator to ensure all bulletins are read, understood and distributed to the appropriate personnel in<br />
a timely manner.<br />
