Recombinant Proteins
WASP-121 GST
human, Recombinant, E. coli
Cat. No. Amount Price (€)
PR-369 50 µg 180,--
Liquid. Supplied as a 1 mg/ml solution in 50 mM Tris-
HCl, pH 7.5, 100 mM NaCl, and 2 mM DTE.
The Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein (WASP) is the
founding member of a family of proteins that have
emerged as crucial effectors of Rho GTPases and
activators of the cytosceletal-organizing complex
Arp2/3. WASP has been shown to be intimately
involved in many pathways that infl uence the function
of the immune system.
WASP-121 comprises the amino acids 201-321 of the
native WASP sequence. This domain is essential for
the binding of Cdc42 to WASP.
The GST-Tag facilitates the protein`s application in
typical GST pull down assays.
Purity: > 95% by SDS-PAGE
