Monoclonal Antibody (mAb) p110γ is a mouse IgG2a
subtype antibody.
Immunogen:
Synthetic peptide corresponding to a part of human
PI(3)Kγ (p110γ).
Specifi city:
mAb p110γ recognizes the sequence aa 97-335 of
the human and mouse PI(3)Kγ (p110γ). The antibody
does not cross-react with p110α, p110β and p110δ.
Purity:
5% IgG as determined by SDS-gel electrophoresis.
Storage:
For long term storage, the antibody should be kept
at 4°C.
Application:
mAb p110γ can be used for Western blotting at a
dilution of 1: 500.
