b. Fuel Packet<br />
c. Pubs as required<br />
d. Engine covers / Tie downs (as required)<br />

2. Arrival at Enroute/Final destination:<br />
a. Phone Squadron ODO/CDO with:<br />
(1) Flight time<br />
(2) X’s complete/incomplete<br />
(3) A/C Status<br />
(4) ETD for next leg (if applicable)<br />
b. Accomplish appropriate mission planning for next segment<br />
including:<br />
(1) Fuel<br />
(2) WX<br />
(3) Flight plan filing<br />
c. Pass contact info (phone #, Hotel) for all crewmembers to ODO/CDO<br />
once at final destination<br />
3. General Restrictions<br />
a. Minimum Field length:<br />
(1) T-6A – 4000’<br />
(2) T-39 – 5000’<br />
(3) T-45C – 6000’<br />
b. RON at military or FAA/<strong>CNATRA</strong>(T-45C) approved civilian field only<br />
(for security purposes)<br />
c. Contract Fuel only unless specifically approved by CO/XO/OpsO<br />
d. Use PRIST additive fuel<br />
e. Flight/Aerial Demonstrations ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED on XC flights<br />
4. Air shows/Static display requirements<br />
a. Chocks in place<br />
b. Tie downs in place<br />
c. No one on or in A/C<br />
d. Aircraft roped off from public (if ropes available)<br />
e. Windows closed<br />
f. Landing gear/canopy/tailhook/ejection seats pinned (as<br />
appropriate)<br />
g. Tape over or lock external canopy jettison handles<br />
