PLANNING ASSUMPTIONS:<br />

- This chart is used as a guide. Refer to PCL for actual divert information.<br />

- This chart is not a replacement for OPNAVINST 3710.7U fuel planning.<br />

- This chart is used for divert FROM NPA to desired divert base.<br />

- FUEL Required is from MAP, flying a bingo profile to divert and land w/<br />

1100 lbs. Use the appropriate IFR/VFR column:<br />

• If Divert/Alternate Field Wx is VFR, fuel is from the MAP direct to the<br />

divert airfield and landing VFR.<br />

• If Divert/Alternate Field Wx is IFR, fuel is from the MAP direct to the<br />

divert airfield’s farthest IAF and includes an instrument approach at<br />

the divert airfield.<br />

- From Missed Approach Pt - climb at 269 KIAS / 0.69 MACH until indicated<br />

cruise altitude then maintain cruise IMN then Idle descent at 200 KIAS at<br />

listed point.<br />

- Based on 14,000 lb A/C @ +20ºC.<br />

- NO WIND – add 10% to fuel required for a 60 kt headwind.<br />

- MIN Fuel < 1100 lbs, EMER Fuel < 800 lbs from Wing 6 SOP.<br />
