15. All turns below 1000’ AGL will be made level and closely monitored<br />
for nose slice.<br />
16. Wingman is responsible for deconfliction and collision avoidance<br />
except for TAC turns into wingman.<br />
17. Minimum altitude for <strong>CNATRA</strong> low altitude training is 500’ AGL.<br />
18. Radar altimeter shall be set no lower than 10% below the briefed<br />
minimum altitude.<br />
19. After simulated weapons release, a positive rate of climb will be<br />
established prior to any other maneuver.<br />
20. Any aircraft may call “knock it off”. All aircraft should<br />
acknowledge the KIO call, roll wings level and climb-to-cope. Aircraft<br />
shall KIO for any of the following reasons:<br />
a. Training Rule violation<br />
b. NORDO/Loss of ICS<br />
c. Loss of situational awareness<br />
d. Any unsafe condition or emergency occurs<br />
e. Unscheduled aircraft on route<br />
f. Bird Strike<br />
g. Departure/G-LOC/Overstress<br />
h. Any aircraft descends and remains below the minimum prebriefed<br />
altitude<br />
i. Any aircraft descends in a turn that was intended to be level<br />
j. Weather deteriorates below minimums or inadvertent IMC<br />
21. Following a “KIO”, LAT training will not be resumed without<br />
verbal confirmation from all aircrew in the flight.
