61 Según el Reg<strong>la</strong>mento <strong>de</strong>l Registro Nacional <strong>de</strong> Requisitorias, una or<strong>de</strong>n <strong>de</strong><br />
captura es el documento mediante el cual se dispone privar <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>libertad</strong> a<br />
una persona a fin <strong>de</strong> poner<strong>la</strong> a disposición <strong>de</strong>l órgano jurisdiccional que lo<br />
requiera, y pueda llevarse a<strong>de</strong><strong>la</strong>nte alguna diligencia, para que <strong>de</strong>spués <strong>de</strong><br />
el<strong>la</strong> se <strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong>je en <strong>libertad</strong>.<br />
62 Según el mencionado Reg<strong>la</strong>mento constituyen mandatos <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>tención el<br />
documento mediante el cual se dispone privar <strong>de</strong> <strong>libertad</strong> a una persona,<br />
involucrando el internamiento en un Establecimiento Penitenciario.<br />
