Cabe mencionar que ante <strong>la</strong> preocupación manifestada por <strong>la</strong><br />
Defensoría <strong>de</strong>l Pueblo a <strong>la</strong> Gerencia General <strong>de</strong>l Po<strong>de</strong>r<br />
Judicial, respecto <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> interconexión <strong>de</strong>l Registro Nacional<br />
<strong>de</strong> Requisitorias <strong>de</strong>l Po<strong>de</strong>r Judicial con el Sistema <strong>de</strong><br />
I<strong>de</strong>ntificación <strong>de</strong> Personas <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> PNP, <strong>la</strong> Gerencia General en<br />
mención ha comunicado que, con fecha 6 <strong>de</strong> septiembre <strong>de</strong>l<br />
2006, <strong>la</strong> Dirección <strong>de</strong> Telemática <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> PNP ha entregado a <strong>la</strong><br />
Gerencia General un CD conteniendo información re<strong>la</strong>tiva a<br />
<strong>la</strong>s requisitorias con el propósito <strong>de</strong> realizar un cruce <strong>de</strong><br />
información y <strong>de</strong>purar aquellos mandatos que por el<br />
transcurso <strong>de</strong>l tiempo hubiesen caducado.<br />
Asimismo, <strong>la</strong> Gerencia General <strong>de</strong>l Po<strong>de</strong>r Judicial ha<br />
informado mediante el Oficio Nº 1801-2006-GG-PJ, <strong>de</strong>l 2 <strong>de</strong><br />
noviembre <strong>de</strong>l 2006, que ha elevado al Consejo Ejecutivo <strong>de</strong>l
