Es convicción <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> <strong>Tribunal</strong> <strong>Electoral</strong> rendir cuentas sobre su<br />
actuación. El escrutinio constante a <strong>la</strong>s <strong>de</strong>cisiones <strong>de</strong> los<br />
órganos encargados <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> impartición <strong>de</strong> justicia y al uso<br />
que hacen <strong>de</strong> los recursos públicos fortalece su legitimidad y<br />
autonomía. Con ese propósito y en cumplimiento a lo dispuesto<br />
por el artículo 191 <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Ley Orgánica <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> <strong>Po<strong>de</strong>r</strong> <strong>Judicial</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />
Fe<strong>de</strong>ración (LOPJF), el pasado 3 <strong>de</strong> noviembre <strong>la</strong> magistrada<br />
presi<strong>de</strong>nta <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> <strong>Tribunal</strong> <strong>Electoral</strong> <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> <strong>Po<strong>de</strong>r</strong> <strong>Judicial</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />
Fe<strong>de</strong>ración (TEPJF), María <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> Carmen A<strong>la</strong>nis Figueroa, rindió<br />
ante el Pleno <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Suprema Corte <strong>de</strong> Justicia <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Nación, los<br />
miembros <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> Consejo <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Judicatura Fe<strong>de</strong>ral y los <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> propio<br />
