1.4 Instrucciones de utilización1.4 Operating InstructionsPara evitar un envejecimiento prematuro o posiblesdesperfectos lea atentamente las instruccionessiguentes.To avoid the premature ageing or destructionof the KEB COMBIVERT observe the followinginstructions.– La utilización de un dispositivo de desconexión entre la redde alimentación y el convertidor de frecuencia permite aislaral CONBIVERT del resto de la instalación.– Para garantizar un buen funcionamiento es necesrio evitar laconmutación entre el motor y el convertidor, lo que podríaprovocar la activación de las funciones de protección delCOMBIVERT.Si estas conmutaciones fuesen inprescindibles,le rogamos que contacte Ud. con KEB para adaptar adecuadamentelas medidas de protección.En el caso de varios motores si se permite la conmutación,siempre y cuando el convertidor no esté activado, aunque hayaun solo motor en funcionamiento.El convertidor se debe dimensionar en función de las corrientesde arranque de los motores . Pero si durante la conmutaciónno funciona ningun motor, el mando de activación debe estarabierto y la función Speed Search activada.Esta función seinicia únicamente despues del cierre de los contactores delmotor.– Si el motor está en funcionamiento (debido a grandes masasde inercia) cuando se le da una nueva orden de puesta enmarcha las funciones Speed Search y frenado DC deben estaractivadas. .– No se permiten frecuentes conmutaciones entre la red dealimentación y el convertidor.– Utilice el COMBIVERT de KEB en las condiciones adecuadas( para mas información ver capítulo 1.7.1).– Install a disconnecting switch between voltage supply andfrequency inverter to permit the independent switch off of theKEB COMBIVERT.– With regard to single drives the switching between motor andKEB COMBVERT should be avoided during operation as thismay activate the protective functions of the frequency inverter.However, if switching must be done contact KEB to coordinatethe protective functions.For multimotor drives the switching-on and switching-off ispermitted with control release is closed when at least 1 motoris running during the switching process. The frequency invertermust be layed out for the occurring starting currents.But if no motor is running during the switching process betweenmotor and frequency inverter then the control release mustbe open and the function Speed Search must be activated.This function may be initiated only after the motor relays areclosed.– If the motor is still running at a restart (power on) of KEB COM-BIVERT (e.g. large fl ywheel mass), the function Speed Searchor DC-Braking must be activated.– Frequent switching between mains and frequency inverter isnot permitted.– Operate KEB COMBIVERT under suitable conditions (refer to1.7.1).1.5 Protección del convertidor contra parásitosLas entradas de mando y de potencia del convertidor de frecuenciaestán protegidas contra parásitos.1.5 Noise Suppression of Frequency InverterThe control and power inputs of the frequency inverter are generallyprotected against parasitic noise.Una gran seguridad en el funcionamiento y proteccionescomplementarias se obtienen si se tienenen cuenta las siguentes precauciones:An improved operational reliability of the unit andadditional protection against malfunctions is achievedby following measurements.– Utilice un fi ltro de red cuando equipos de gran consumo(Instalación de compensación,equipos de soldeo, hornos-HF,etc) afectan a la red de alimentación.– Instale circuitos RC u otros sobre los aparatos inductivos(solenoides, contactores, electroimanes, etc) para absorber laenergia que se libera en la desconexión de estos equipos .– Cablee como se describe en el capítulo 1.1 a fi n de evitardescargas inductivas.Una pareja de cables trenzados protege de las descargasinductivas (tensiones de interferencia), mientras que un cableblindado protege contra las descargas capacitivas. Se obtieneuna correcta protección utilizando simultáneamente cablesblindados y trenzados y separando los cables de protecciónde los de mando.– Use mains fi lter when the connection of large consumers(compensation plants, welding equipment, HF-oven, electromagneticholding fi xture, etc.) affects the mains voltage.– Protective wiring of inductive consumers (solenoid valves, relays,electromagnets) with RC elements or something alike toabsorb the energy set free at switch off.– To avoid inductive and capacitive bunching of interferencepulses the wiring should be made as described under point1.1.Paired-twisted cables protect against inductive-bunched interferencevoltage, shielding protects against capacitive-bunchedinterference voltages. Optimum protection is provided by twistedand shielded cables and the separate laying of signal andpower lines.8
