1 OSH 190331(ti) La fecba aprobada por OSHO 0 establecida enellitigio como resultado de una peticion de modificacionde la fecha de co:rreccion (PMA)~ 0{I die 1997}(iii) La fecha establecida en una citacion por un acuerdo de transaccion informal. {I die 1997} (2) Para Wl rengl6n de citacion impugoada para el cual el Secretario haya emitido una orden final afirmando Ia violacion, Ia que ocurra mas tarde de: {ldk 1997} (i) La fecha identi.ficada en la orden final paracorreccion; 0{l die 1997}(ti) La fecha computada sumando el periodo paracorreccion concedido en la citacion, a la fecha de Iaorden final; 0{I die 1997}(iii) La fecha establecida por Wl acuerdo de transaccion formal. {I die 1997} (m) "Empleados a.fectados" significa aquellos empleados que estan expuestos a los riesgos identificados como violaciones en una citacion. {I die 1997} (n) "Fecha de orden final" significa: {I die 1997}(1) Para Wl renglon de citacion no impugnado, el decimo quinto dia laborable despues del patrono recibir la citacion; {l die 1997} (2) Para un renglon de citacion impugnado: {l die 1997} (i) El trig6simo dia despues de la fecha en la cualuna decision u orden de un oficial examinador hayasido notificada por el examinador, a menos que elSecretario indique que sea revisada durante eseperiodo;o{I die 1997}(ii) The date approved by OSHa or established in litigation as a result ofa petition for modification ofthe abatement date (PMA); or {Dec. 1,1997} (iii) The date established in a citation by an informalsettlement agreement. {Dec. 1, 1997} (2) For a contested citation item for which the Secretaryhas issued a final order affirming the violation, the later of {Dec. 1,1997} (i) The date identified in the final order for abatement;or {Dec. 1, 1997} (ii) The date computed by adding the period allowed in the citation for abatement to the final order date; or {Dec. 1, 1997} (iii) The date established by a formal settlement agreement. {Dec. 1, 1997} (m) "Affected employees" means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as violation(s) in a citation. {Dec. 1, 1997} (n) "Final order date" means: {Dec. 1,1997}(1) For an uncontested citation item, the fifteenth working day after the employer's receipt of the citation; {Dec. 1, 1997} (2) For a contested citation item: {Dec. 1,1997} (I) The thirtieth day after the date on which adecision or order ofa hearing examirrer has beennotified by the examiner, unless the Secretary hasdirected review; or{Dec. 1, 1997}
