5 NÚCLEOS TRACCIONANTES Desafío Nº2: Disminuir el impacto medioambiental Existen importantes brechas en términos de captura de azufre y arsénico, lo cual constituye un desafío importante para las fundiciones chilenas en materia medioambiental. La necesidad de aumentar estos parámetros para igualar los valores alcanzados en otros países se ha traducido en una nueva normativa (Decreto N°28, 2013), la cual establece estableciendo un nivel de captura del 98% (SO 2 y As) para las futuras instalaciones. 246 / ROADMAP TECNOLÓGICO DE LA MINERÍA 2035 ALTA LEY
