INGREDIENTES<br />

- 1 kg filé <strong>de</strong> lápia temperado<br />

- 200 gr <strong>de</strong> amêndoas fa a<strong>da</strong>s<br />

- 3 colheres <strong>de</strong> sopa <strong>de</strong> maionese<br />

- 1 xícara <strong>de</strong> cebolinha pica<strong>da</strong><br />

- 1 colher <strong>de</strong> sopa <strong>de</strong> salsinha pica<strong>da</strong><br />

- ½ Cebola rala<strong>da</strong><br />

- 1 Sazon Sala<strong>da</strong><br />

MODO DE PREPARO<br />

Misture todos os ingredientes. Pegue meta<strong>de</strong> <strong>da</strong> mistura e misture nos<br />

files. Em um refratário disponha os filés um em cima do outro e<br />

distribua o restante <strong>da</strong> mistura do molho. Coloque em fogo alto no<br />

forno até dourar.<br />
