INGREDIENTES<br />

1 kg <strong>de</strong> Filé <strong>de</strong> Tilápia com Pele Fresco Piracema<br />

Tempero Receita <strong>da</strong> Casa<br />

1 Envelope <strong>de</strong> Sazon Sala<strong>da</strong><br />

1 Copo <strong>de</strong> Farinha <strong>de</strong> Fubá<br />

1 Copo <strong>de</strong> Farinha <strong>de</strong> Trigo<br />

1 Limão.<br />

MODO DE PREPARO<br />

1 - Corte a pele na diagonal e <strong>de</strong>pois corte ao contrário, formando um<br />

xadrez;<br />

2 - Tempere com tempero <strong>da</strong> casa e sazon sala<strong>da</strong> (reserve);<br />

3 - Misture 1 copo <strong>de</strong> farinha <strong>de</strong> fubá e 1 copo <strong>de</strong> farina <strong>de</strong> trigo;<br />

4 - Empane os filés e frite-os em óleo quente. 1° com a pele para baixo<br />

e <strong>de</strong>pois vire. Até dourar;<br />

5 - Sirva com meio limão, acompanha fritas e arroz. BOM APETITE!
