Changing and adding the SIM card
You will need tweezers and a TX6 screwdriver (torx). The changing should take place in
clean conditions. We also recommend that you change the SIM card lid when changing
SIM card. SIM card lids are available at Tracker service centre.
1. Remove the three screws by twisting counter-clockwise and remove the lid.
2. Use the tweezers to pull out the SIM card. (If there is one in the device)
3. Put the new SIM card in place.
NOTE! PIN code request must be OFF!
The card is going in the right way when the contact pads face the flex collar and
the cut edge of the SIM card is facing the charging socket 3.2.
When pushing the SIM card in, push it upwards a little bit (you can see the SIM
holder suspension in the slot)
Push gently with tweezers to make sure the card is fully in.
4. Close the lid by pressing until the lid is on the same level as the cover. You can
knock the lid a bit with your screwdriver‟s knob. Screw in the three screws by
twisting clockwise lightly, but still enough that the top of the screw is on the same
level as the lid.
5. Make sure the device works by calling it or locating it with Tracker Hunter
application.
NOTE!
We recommend changing the SIM card at Tracker Service centre to ensure the device
remains waterproof.
In case the collar is registered into Tracker Live and its operator or phone number is
changed, the collar has to be re-registered to Tracker Live service.
