◗ Les inox ferritiques et certains<br />
austénitiques entrent dans la construction<br />
d’ossature de bâtiments, notamment<br />
résidentiels.<br />
Le K03 (1.4003), nuance ferritique<br />
commercialisée par ArcelorMittal <strong>Stainless</strong><br />
Europe, est parfaitement adapté à la<br />
construction d’ossatures de maisons<br />
individuelles. Ses caractéristiques<br />
mécaniques élevées permettent<br />
un allègement de la structure et du poids<br />
d’ensemble. Cette nuance est dotée d’une<br />
très bonne résistance aux chocs. Facile<br />
et rapide à mettre en œuvre, elle offre<br />
aussi une tenue à la corrosion et à<br />
l’abrasion supérieure à celle des aciers<br />
de construction courants. En outre,<br />
elle s’accorde avec une grande liberté<br />

The ArcelorMittal <strong>Stainless</strong> Europe ferritic<br />
grade K03 (1.4003), ideally suited<br />
to frames for houses for example, enables<br />
reduction in the weight of the structure<br />
and the overall weight, elevated properties,<br />
excellent impact resistance. It is suited<br />
to natural atmospheres and moderately<br />
corrosive environments. Easy and quick<br />
to erect, it offers also greater resistance<br />
to corrosion and abrasion-corrosion than<br />
general construction steels. Moreover,<br />
it permits considerable architectural design<br />
