La pompa di calore non funziona.<br />

There is no communication with the<br />

external unit and on the control panel<br />

display of the external unit the symbol<br />

appears and is accompanied by the prompt<br />

R.C.1.<br />

Open the inspection panel of the external<br />

unit and press the AUTO ADD button<br />

(Automatic address button) positioned on<br />

the electronic board (fig. 25).<br />

In version 15 or 18 three-phase, alarm<br />

P05 appears on the control panel of the<br />

external unit.<br />

Invert two of the three-phase power<br />

supply phases<br />

Line voltage is too low.<br />

Contact an electrician or your installer.<br />

The operation pushbutton is in the off<br />

position.<br />

Press the pushbutton again.<br />

The wire remote control or the heat pump<br />

does not work correctly (the inspection<br />

symbol as well as the letters E, F, H, L, P<br />

and some numbers appear on the liquid<br />

crystal display of the remote control).<br />

Contact the installer.<br />

Presence of an obstacle in front of the<br />

external unit exchanger.<br />

Remove the obstacle.<br />

The compressor switches on but stops<br />

immediately after.<br />

Problem with the circulation of water.<br />

Clean and/or check the heating hydraulic<br />

circuit.<br />

Unsatisfactory heating.<br />

The programmed outflow water<br />

temperature is adjusted to a value that is<br />

too low (heating mode) or too high<br />

(cooling mode) on the control box.<br />

Doors and/or windows open.<br />

The thermostat is adjusted to a<br />

temperature that is too high for cooling (or<br />

too low for heating).<br />

Close them in order to prevent air from<br />

entering.<br />

Adjust the temperature to a higher or lower<br />

value.<br />

Defrosting of the system does not work.<br />

Contact the installer.<br />

If during operation of the unit there is an interruption in the current, when the power is reconnected the unit will restart<br />

and will maintain the same settings that were entered before the power was interrupted.<br />
