How did this MoU first take shape<br />
Michel Tohane: Since Dominique Thillaud, Chairman of the<br />
Management Board of Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, came on the<br />
scene, we’ve been taking a proactive approach regarding<br />
business aviation. We need to take actions in line with our status<br />
as the third- or even second-largest business airport in France.<br />
With around 45,000 business aircraft movements, this sector<br />
represents real added value. We decided to “broaden our playing<br />
field,” hence the acquisition of the Saint-Tropez Airport to start<br />
with. We’ve observed significant traffic between our airports<br />
here on the Riviera and the United States. So why not join forces<br />
and pool our skills, all of which ultimately benefits the customer<br />

between ACA and MMU started ten years ago, during one of the<br />
