LE CONSEIL MÉDICAL DU CANADAFaits Faits saillants de <strong>2009</strong>LE CONSEIL MÉDICAL DU CANADADcccccFusion de deux servicesdu CMCAprès beaucoup de planification et de préparation,le Répertoire de compétences des médecinsdu Conseil médical du <strong>Canada</strong> et la Directiondes titres et inscriptions ont fusionné à la finde l’année <strong>2009</strong>. Ces deux services qui traitentdirectement avec notre clientèle se sont regroupéspour mieux aider les candidats et répondre àNouvelexamen pratiquetoutes leurs demandes, qu’elles soient en r<strong>apport</strong>avec les candidatures aux examens, les critèresd’admissibilité ou l’état d’authentification de leurstitres de compétences. Le nouveau service crééporte le nom de Répertoire et centre des inscriptions(RCI). Il reste encore du travail à faire en 2010 et parla suite pour que soient fusionnés le répertoire destitres de compétences et le système d’inscription auxexamens afin d’<strong>of</strong>frir un service entièrement intégréaux candidats.Compte tenu de l’enthousiasme qu’a suscité lelancement de l’examen pratique en ligne, destinéà aider les candidats à se préparer à l’examend’évaluation du Conseil médical du <strong>Canada</strong>, leCMC a lancé, en novembre <strong>2009</strong>, l'auto-examend’aptitude, partie I (AE-EAI), dans le but d’aiderles candidats à se préparer à l’examen d’aptitudedu Conseil médical du <strong>Canada</strong>, partie I (EACMC,partie I).L’AE-EAI est <strong>of</strong>fert sur Internet et se compose de96 questions à choix multiples. Lorsqu’il a terminél’AE-EAI, le participant reçoit instantanémentde la rétroaction par courriel, soit le nombre debonnes réponses et des données de comparaison desrésultats qu’il a obtenus par r<strong>apport</strong> à ceux d’autresparticipants à l’EACMC, partie I.
