SØLID Stilton Soup Soupe au Stilton Sopa de Stilton Ingredients: • 450 grs. apples, chopped • 25 grs. butter • 1 Tbsp oil • 225 grs. Onions, finely diced • 225 grs. Potatoes, finely diced • 1 ¼ l. water • 100 grs. Stilton cheese (blue) • Salt and pepper Instructions: Core but do not peel the apples, and cut into walnut-sized pieces. Melt the butter and the oil and fry the onion and potatoes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Season generously and add the apple chunks and the water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes until both fruit and vegetables are soft. Put into a food processor or liquidiser and blend until fine. Add half of the Stilton and blend again. Re-heat the mixture. Serve in bowl with the remaining cheese, crumbled with a fork and sprinkled on top. 38 Gas�tron�ø�mad Ingrédients: • 450 grs. de pommes en morceaux • 25 grs. de beurre • 1 CS d’huile • 225 grs. d’oignons émincés • 225 grs. de pommes de terre, en petits dés • 1 ¼ l. d’eau • 100 grs. de Stilton (bleu) • Sel et poivre Instructions: Couper, sans peler, les pommes en morceaux de la taille d´une noix. Faire fondre le beurre et l’huile et frire les pommes de terre et l’oignon à feu moyen pendant 3-4 minutes. Assaisonner généreusement et ajouter les morceaux de pomme et l’eau. Porter à ébullition et laisser mijoter pendant 15 minutes jusqu’à ce que les fruits et les légumes soient tendres. Mettre dans un mixeur et mélangez. Ajouter la moitié du stilton et mixer à nouveau. Réchauffer le mélange. Servir dans un bol avec le fromage restant, émietté avec une fourchette, saupoudré sur le dessus. Ingredientes: • 450 grs. de manzanas picadas • 25 grs. mantequilla • 1 CS de aceite • 225 grs. de cebolla picada • 225 grs. de patatas en cubitos • 1 ¼ l. de agua • 100 grs. de Stilton (azul) • Sal y pimienta Instrucciones: Corte, sin pelar, las manzanas en trozos del tamaño de una nuez. Derretir la mantequilla y el aceite y freir las patatas y la cebolla a fuego medio durante 3-4 minutos. Sazone al su gusto y añada los trozos de manzana y el agua. Llevar a ebullición y cocine a fuego lento durante 15 minutos hasta que la fruta y las verduras estén tiernas. Poner en una licuadora y mezclar. Añadir la mitad del Stilton y mezclar de nuevo. Calentar la mezcla. Servir en un bol con el queso restante, aplastado con un tenedor, por encima.
