After 13 years in the hotel<br />
and hospitality business,<br />
Juliane Caspar made her<br />
debut as an inspector for the Michelin<br />
Guide Germany in 2002. In<br />
2005 she was named editor of the<br />
Guidelines in Germany and also<br />
launched the Austrian Michelin<br />
Guide.<br />
Since <strong>January</strong> 2009, Juliane Caspar<br />
has been the editor of the Michelin<br />
Guide France. She is very<br />
discreet, rarely gives interviews to<br />
the press and never allows herself<br />
to be photographed.<br />

Après 13 dans l’hôtellerie,<br />
Juliane Caspar devient en<br />
2002 inspectrice au guide<br />
Michelin Allemagne. En 2005 elle<br />
est promue rédactrice en chef<br />
des guides Allemagne et Autriche<br />
(qu’elle a lancé). En 2007, elle est<br />
nommée rédactrice en chef du<br />
guide Michelin Suisse.<br />
Juliane Caspar est, depuis janvier<br />
2009, Directrice du Guide Michelin<br />
France. D’une discrétion absolue<br />
elle ne donne que très rares entretiens<br />
et elle ne se laisse jamais<br />
photographier.<br />

Tras 13 años en el mundo de<br />
la hostelería, Juliane Caspar<br />

para la Guía Michelin Alemania<br />
en 2002. En 2005 fue nombrada<br />
editora de las Guías de Alemania<br />
y de Austria (creando esta última).<br />
Desde Enero del 2009 Juliane Caspar<br />
es la Directora de la Guía Michelin<br />
Francia. Discreta, no suele<br />
conceder entrevistas a la prensa y<br />
nunca se deja fotografiar.
