At the <strong>Bistrot</strong>, as much of the food and drink as possib<strong>le</strong><br />

is organic. Try a <strong>de</strong>licious piece of French Charolais beef or<br />

resist one of the home-ma<strong>de</strong> spelt flour <strong>de</strong>sserts. Advance<br />
