Passed the Matriculation programme not in the current year by fulfilling
the specific programme requirements as follows :
Obtained at least Grade C (3.00) at the Matriculation level in two (2) of
the following subjects:

Has Fulfilled General University Requirements
and
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAMME
Possess a Diploma from a Public University or other Institutions
recognized in a field suitable to the applied field.

Passed studies at the Diploma level before the session commences.
