For candidates that do not Possess any of the mentioned qualifications,
they have to prove their skills/ experience by working in the music
industry for 3 years;
and
Passed the interview and audition where the candidate will be asked to
do two (2) performances using one (1) a musical instrument or vocals
and demonstrate their skills in sightreading and aural skills.
Has Fulfilled General University Requirements
and
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAMME
Possess at least one (1) of the following qualifications:
• Diploma from Akademi Seni Budaya and Warisan
Kebangsaan Malaysia (ASWARA) (formerly known as
Akademi Seni Kebangsaan); or
• Diploma of Arts from Malacca Arts Technology Institute
(formerly known as Malacca Arts Academy) or
• Diploma of Arts Management University of Malaya or
• Diploma from Malaysian Institute of Arts or
• Other diploma approve by the Senate of the University as
equivalent
or
Passed STPM not in the current year.
Passed the interview.
and
Has Fulfilled General University Requirements
and
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAMME
Possess at least one (1) of the following qualifications:
• Diploma from the Akademi Seni Budaya and Warisan
Kebangsaan Malaysia (ASWARA) (formerly known as
Akademi Seni Kebangsaan); or
• Diploma from the Malaysian Institute of Art; or
• Passed SPM with working experience in dance for five (5)
years as choreographer or dance coach or dancer;
or
Passed STPM not in the current year.
and
Passed the interview and audition.
