personality, zoe is a sought-after hangout for
Florence’s younger crowd, who go there to savour
a pre-disco drink. The cocktail bar features
a large outdoor area with tables that doubles as a
gallery for paintings and works of art. Clients can

doris entices its clients with soft white leather
sofas and suffused lighting on the ground floor,
a harmonious fit with the original setting of the
upper floor, reached via a glossy pink staircase.

dolce Vita has been going strong for more than 20
years, thanks to a design concept that alternates
refined retro-style rooms with those infused with
a more modern edge. The bar has always doubled
up as a contemporary art gallery and boasts an
array of famous artists, from Tannino Liberatore
to andy Warhol. The wine bar offers a careful
selection by the glass, a French cheeseboard and
Tuscan cold meats, which can be also served outside
to those guests who want to admire the wonderful
view of the Church of Carmine.
