Removing the doorHinged door with external closing systemWarning: it is recommended that the district retailer be called for this operation.To remove the door it is necessary:• to open the door;above and to the side of the hinge is a device which blocks the door in the open position; with the aid of an AllenScrew 3 mm long, loosen the screw and applying a slight force, move it towards the end stop of the slot (asshown in Picture 5);• lock the screw once again;• unscrew the small regulation plate screws positioned in the lower part of the wing side hinge (seePicture 5);• tilt the door slightly upward, reinserting the pin;• slide the lower part of the door outwards, (take care not to use excessive force on the pin);• remove the door;• reassemble in reverse order; before inserting the door ensure that the door spacer is inserted onthe lower pin before the small regulation plate.Warning: the door locking operation cannot and must not be performed for other applications.Attaching screwsfor door closureScrews forclampingdoorAdjustmentplatePicture 5: Disassembly of the doorAutomatical closure of the doorIf necessary, set the automatic closure system:• remove the door;• unscrew the three screws which fasten the automatic closure system (see Picture 5);• remove the automatic closure system;• with the aid of a large screwdriver press on the pin seat to lower it;• unscrew the spring lock, be very careful that the system is set and can unload completely;• rotate the pin spring one half turn clockwise or counterclockwise depending on whether there is a right hand orleft hand closure system.THE CLOSURE SYSTEM IS SET; ALWAYS USE GLOVES SUITABLE FOR THE OPERATIONWarning: it is recommended that the your local retailer be called for this operation.58
