Tray settings<br />
Sound<br />
This feature allows you to check the current tray settings and change the<br />
settings if necessary. There are many options available for setting the tray and<br />
paper. Make the best use of the options to fit your needs for trays and paper.<br />
You can also use this feature from the SyncThru Web Service. Open the<br />
Web browser from your networked computer and type the IP address of<br />
your machine. When SyncThru Web Service opens, click Settings tab ><br />
Machine Settings > System >Input Trays (see "Settings tab" on page 185).<br />
If some options are grayed out, it means that the grayed-out option is not<br />
supported for your machine or optional parts needed to use the option are<br />
not installed.<br />
You can set the volume for button sound, notice alarm, and the sounds<br />
occurring during a fax job. Using the slide bar select the desired volume and<br />
press the Test button to test the volume.<br />
• Key Sound: Allows you to adjust the sound volume for when pressing the<br />
button<br />
• Alarm Sound: Allows you to adjust the sound volume for when notice<br />
alarm.<br />
• Fax Sound: Allows you to adjust the sound volume occurring during a fax<br />
job. This option has other sub-options.<br />
• Feedback<br />
- Haptic Feedback : Vibrate when soft keys are press and on certain UI<br />
interaction.<br />
- Vibration Intensity : Set your touch feedback vibration intensity.<br />
