Tips for storing the machine, supplies, and paper<br />

• Keep them in a cool place with no humidity.<br />

• Keep them covered so that dusts cannot be accumulated.<br />

Paper<br />

• Keep them out of water.<br />

• Store print media in its ream wrapper until you are ready to use it.<br />

• Place cartons on pallets or shelves, not on the floor.<br />

Machine<br />

• When moving the machine, do not tilt or turn it upside down. Otherwise, the<br />

inside of the machine may be contaminated by toner, which can cause<br />

damage to the machine or reduce print quality.<br />

• When moving the machine, make sure at least two people are holding the<br />

machine securely.<br />

• Do not place heavy objects on top of the paper, whether it is packed or<br />

unpacked.<br />

• Keep it away from moisture or other conditions that can cause it to wrinkle<br />

or curl.<br />

• Keep it in a temperatures between 15°C ~30°C and humidity between 10%<br />

~ 70%.<br />

Toner cartridge/ Imaging unit<br />

To get the best, print quality from the toner cartridge, keep the following<br />

guidelines in mind:<br />

• Do not remove the toner cartridge from its package until it’s ready to use.<br />

• Do not refill the toner cartridge. The machine warranty does not cover<br />

damage caused by using a refilled cartridge.<br />

• Store toner cartridges in the same environment as your machine.<br />

• Keep it in a stable place so the toner dust is not slanted to one side.<br />
