Your phone<br />
Band selection<br />
For the phone to make and receive phone calls, it must<br />
be registered with one of the available networks. Your<br />
Pocket PC Phone can handle combined GSM 900/1800<br />
or GSM 1900 networks.<br />
The country where your phone was purchased<br />
determines the default band that it uses. When you<br />
travel abroad, you must remember to change to an<br />
appropriate band.<br />
1. On the Dialer screen, tap Tools → Options.... You can<br />
also access the screen by tapping the Start menu →<br />
Settings → Phone.<br />
2. Tap the More tab and select an appropriate band.<br />
3. Tap Set and tap .<br />
SIM lock<br />
When this option is enabled, your Pocket PC Phone only<br />
works with the current SIM card.<br />
1. On the Dialer screen, tap Tools → Options.... You can<br />
also access the screen by tapping the Start menu →<br />
Settings → Phone.<br />
2. Tap the More tab → SIM Lock → Get Settings.<br />
3. Select the option and tap Set.<br />
