Creating a Mobile Favorite
1. In Internet Explorer on your computer, click Tools →
Create Mobile Favorite.
2. To change the link name, enter a new name in the
Name box.
3. In Update, select a desired update schedule.
Note: If you did not specify an update schedule, you will need
to manually download content to keep the information
updated on your computer and Pocket PC Phone. Before
synchronising the Pocket PC Phone, click Tools →
Synchronize in the Internet Explorer on your
computer,. You will see the last time the contents were
downloaded to the computer, and you can manually
download other contents if needed.
4. Click OK. Internet Explorer downloads the latest version
of the page to your computer.
5. Limit the number of downloaded linked pages. In
Internet Explorer on the computer, click Favorites;
then click Mobile Favorites and find the mobile
favourite you want to change. Finally, right-click the
mobile favourite and then Properties; in the
Download tab, specify 0 or 1 for the number of linked
pages you want to download.
6. Synchronise your Pocket PC phone and computer. Mobile
favourites that are stored in the Mobile Favorites
folder in Internet Explorer are downloaded to the
Pocket PC phone.
