delle arti serpeggia da sempre indiscussa.<br />

Cipolla ne hanno profusa parecchia<br />
nel loro ultimo progetto, tanto<br />
che hanno deciso di far scendere<br />
dal piedistallo le statue antiche che<br />
da decenni albergano nel Museo<br />
archeologico nazionale di Napoli.<br />
Fuga dal museo è la mostra che i<br />
due fotografi hanno ideato al Mann<br />
per raccontare con ironia il museo<br />
quale spazio della città che alla città<br />
si apre fino a invaderla, percorrerla,<br />
abitarla. Quaranta fotomontaggi capaci<br />
di rappresentare come potrebbe<br />
essere la vita quotidiana di dee<br />
e guerrieri, matrone e personaggi<br />
storici in una Napoli coeva. Nel percorso<br />
creativo è possibile scorgere<br />
l’Afrodite di Capua intenta a stendere<br />
i panni sul balcone in una giornata<br />
di sole, incrociare Atlante col mondo<br />
sulle spalle che circola in motorino<br />
tra le viuzze dei rioni, incontrare un<br />
Ercole gigante nella hall della metro<br />

Albert Einstein. And if imagination<br />
can fertilise scientific thought, it has<br />
always woven itself through the arts<br />
without being challenged. The latest<br />
project by Dario Assisi and Riccardo<br />
Maria Cipolla is steeped in plenty of<br />
it, to such an extent that they have<br />
decided to bring the statues that<br />
have been housed in the National<br />
Archaeological Museum in Naples for<br />
decades down from their pedestals.<br />
Fuga dal museo is the exhibition that<br />
the two photographers have created<br />
at the museum to describe the<br />
institution, with irony, as a space that<br />
is part of the city and which opens up<br />
to the city, to the extent of invading<br />
it, going through it and inhabiting it.<br />
