4.6 - SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 4.4, OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS AND<br />
CONDITIONS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, SHALL IN<br />
NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAYABLE BY YOU TO US IN RESPECT OF THE PROGRAM.<br />
4.7 – THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER, NOR YOUR RIGHT TO<br />
CANCEL THE PROGRAM AS PER SECTION 5.<br />
Section 5 - You have the right to cancel this <strong>Plan</strong> within forty-five (45) days of purchase and<br />
receive a full refund unless you have received support or services under the <strong>Plan</strong>. After the 45-day<br />
cancellation period, you may cancel the <strong>Plan</strong> at any time within the <strong>Plan</strong>’s term and obtain a pro<br />
rata refund of the <strong>Plan</strong>’s original purchase price, based on the remaining period of full unexpired<br />
months of cover provided by the <strong>Plan</strong>. If you have received service and support, the <strong>Plan</strong> will<br />
continue in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<br />
