Technical support options<br />

If you experience difficulties with your covered product, refer to the Quick Reference Guide<br />

for troubleshooting tips. If you are not able to resolve the issue, Apple technical support<br />

representatives can help troubleshoot Apple hardware, the Mac OS, and many Apple-branded<br />

consumer applications. Apple technical support contact information and hours of operations are<br />

Hardware repair service<br />

Only the <strong>AppleCare</strong> <strong>Protection</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> ensures that Apple-authorized technicians will perform qualified<br />

repairs using genuine Apple parts. With this plan, parts and labor will be covered for three years from<br />

your Apple computer’s original purchase date. One or more of the following service options may<br />

apply: carry-in service, direct mail-in service, onsite service, and Do-It-Yourself parts (which allow you to<br />

service your own product).<br />
