necessidades desse mercado consumidor?
With the changes in the energy sector in recent years,
what are the factors that can attract consumers to
solar energy?
According to a MME report, in a moderate scenario, in
2050, solar energy could correspond to about 11% of the
world supply of electric energy, which represents about
5,000 TWh (terawatt hour). Due to the constant technological
and commercial advances that involve the solar energy
production process, this alternative source is becoming
a global trend, which can be explained by several factors.
With the possibility of generating their own energy, the first
benefit to the consumer is the savings on the electricity bill
in the medium and long term. The environment thanks you,
too, because solar power generation is among the cleanest
sources available today. In addition, there are a number of
tax incentives such as exemption from the Icms (State tax
on goods and services) and income tax reduction, amongst
others.
How do the new credit lines meet the needs of this
market?
One of the major barriers as to the use of solar energy in
Brazil is the high investment for the installation of the system.
These systems can be found starting at R$10 ten thousand.
To facilitate access to this new technology, Sicredi has
developed solutions for the purchase of such systems: consortium
and credit, with special rates and terms, aimed at
consumers who want to produce their own energy, but that
do not have enough initial capital to invest.
