PROJETO LINHÓ CIRCULAR – resultou de um trabalho
de investigação dos reclusos do Estabelecimento
Prisional do Linhó, em parceria com a Câmara de
Cascais. Promove o desenvolvimento sustentável,
através da economia circular, assente num projeto
agrícola (de 49,79ha), ao qual está interligado um
sistema local de tratamento de resíduos orgânicos
com produção de fertilizantes e microgeração
de energia. Associado ao projeto agrícola está a
neutralização de carbono por plantio de árvores,
estando prevista a plantação de cerca de 5800
árvores. Alia a componente produtiva à pedagógica
e social dos reclusos, através da formação profissional
certificada e produção de energia a partir de fontes
renováveis nas zonas com potencial solar e eólico.

PROJETO LINHÓ CIRCULAR - the result of research
work by inmates at the Linhó Prison, in partnership
with the Municipality of Cascais. It promotes
sustainable development through circular economy,
based on an agricultural project (of 49.79ha), to
which is interconnected a local system of organic
waste treatment with fertilizer production and
microgeneration of energy. Associated with the
agricultural project is the neutralization of carbon by
planting trees, and the planting of about 5800 trees
is planned. It combines the production component
with the educational and social component of the
inmates, through certified vocational training and
energy production from renewable sources in areas
with solar and wind potential.

PLATAFORMA RECODE - no âmbito dos Centros de
Cidadania Digital (CCD), espaços colaborativos
de disponibilização de ferramentas digitais para
cidadãos, que promove a utilização da tecnologia
na criação de projetos sociais, foi criada a
plataforma RECODE. Esta disponibiliza cursos,
de forma gratuita e acessível, que asseguram a
capacitação em competências comportamentais,
digitais e tecnológicas altamente valorizadas pelo
mercado de trabalho. Trata-se de uma proposta
inovadora, que tem como pressuposto criar um novo
conceito de smart and human cities. O objetivo é
melhorar a qualidade de vida, utilizando a tecnologia
para criar uma nova geração de problem solvers e
digital makers: pessoas autónomas, conscientes e
conectadas, capazes de reprogramar a realidade.

PLATAFORMA RECODE - in the scope of the Digital
Citizenship Centers (CCD), collaborative spaces
for the provision of digital tools for citizens, which
promotes the use of technology in the creation of
social projects, the RECODE platform was created. It
provides courses, free and accessible, which ensure
training in behavioral, digital, and technological
skills that are highly valued by the labor market. It
is an innovative proposal, which aims to create a
new concept of smart and human cities. The goal
is to improve the quality of life, using technology to
create a new generation of problem solvers and
digital makers: autonomous, aware and connected
people, capable of reprogramming reality.

e ainda a possibilidade de adquirirem pacotes de
dados de internet com a tecnologia e-sim. Assumese
como uma solução disruptiva e altamente
tecnológica para o setor do turismo.

LETZGO TRAVEL - one-stop-shop app for tourists. For
the first time, tourists can find self-drive tours with audio
guide, skip-the-line tickets to the main attractions and
also the possibility to buy internet data packages
with e-sim technology in one app. It assumes itself as
a disruptive and highly technological solution for the
tourism sector.
