Celebração das conquistas
O ano de 2022 deu continuidade ao crescimento
do setor de celulose e papel, que se mostrou
forte diante da pandemia que afetou o mundo
nos dois anos anteriores. Os números continuaram
positivos, e isso constatou a força do segmento,
tanto no cotidiano das pessoas, como na geração
de empregos. Chegar ao final de 2022 ainda mais
forte do que se iniciou o ano é motivo de celebração
e festa. Nessa edição, o Leitor fica por dentro
do trabalho da MSE Engenharia, uma empresa
especializada na construção de indústrias para o
setor de celulose. Saiba, ainda, sobre as novidades
de ciência e tecnologia, os vencedores do Prêmio
REFERÊNCIA 2022, além de uma entrevista
exclusiva com Márcio Nappo, vice-presidente de
comunicação e sustentabilidade da Bracell, que
apresenta os planos para o crescimento sustentável
da empresa. A preparação para o próximo ano já
começou e a Revista REFERÊNCIA estará sempre
junto com o setor para o que der e vier, informando
e trabalhando para um segmento ainda mais

Celebration of Achievements
The growth of the Pulp and Paper Sector continued
in 2022. The growth was strong in the face of
the pandemic that affected the world in the previous
two years. As such, the numbers remained positive,
demonstrating the segment’s strength in people’s daily
lives and in the generation of jobs. So that by the end
of 2022, the Sector was even more robust than that at
the beginning of the year. This is cause for celebration.
In this issue, the reader learns about the work of MSE
Engenharia, a company specializing in mill construction
in the Pulp Sector. Also, read about the news
in science and technology, the winners of the 2022
REFERENCIA Award, and an exclusive interview with
Marcio Nappo, Vice President of Communication and
Sustainability of Bracell, who presents the plans for the
sustainable growth of his Company. The preparation
for next year has already begun, and Revista REFEREN-
CIA will always be together with the Sector for what
comes and goes, informing and working towards an
even stronger and more relevant Sector. Happy holidays
