CONTE DE FORMA RESUMIDA SUA TRAJETÓRIA
PROFISSIONAL ATÉ A ELEIÇÃO PARA PRESIDÊNCIA
DA FIEP.
Sou natural de Cascavel (PR), formado em Engenharia
Civil pela UFPR (Universidade Federal do Paraná). Meu primeiro
emprego foi no setor de pré-fabricados e, logo em
seguida, aos 23 anos, abri minha primeira empresa também
nesse ramo. Após realizar um MBA em Gestão Empresarial
pela Ohio University, nos EUA (Estados Unidos da América),
por meio da FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas), decidi ampliar
o leque de negócios. Desde então, passei a atuar também
nas áreas de incorporação, imobiliária, hotelaria e de energias
renováveis. Ao longo da trajetória, sempre reconheci
a importância do associativismo, por isso me envolvi em
diversas entidades e iniciativas que pensam e interferem
diretamente no desenvolvimento comum. Fui delegado
regional do Sindicaf (Sindicato das Indústrias de Produtos
e Artefatos de Cimento e Fibrocimento do Paraná) e
presidente do Sinduscon-Oeste (Sindicato da Indústria da
Construção Civil do Oeste do Paraná), da ACIC (Associação
Comercial e Industrial de Cascavel) e do Codesc (Conselho
de Desenvolvimento Econômico Sustentável de Cascavel),
além de ter participado do POD (Programa Oeste em Desenvolvimento).
Na Fiep, ingressei na diretoria há 12 anos,
como vice-presidente. Também coordenei o conselho
temático de infraestrutura da entidade, fui conselheiro regional
do Sesi Paraná por mais de 10 anos e, agora, tenho
a honra de assumir a presidência da Fiep.
QUAIS AS PRIORIDADES DA SUA GESTÃO?
O propósito da Fiep é a representação da indústria
paranaense. O grupo que está comigo nesta nova diretoria
entende que é papel primordial da federação ajudar a
transformar o Paraná no melhor Estado para a indústria no
Brasil. Ao contrário de um comércio, que geralmente atua
localmente, uma indústria busca sempre outros mercados,
vendendo seus produtos não apenas no seu município,
mas também em outros Estados e até em outros países.
Mas, para que uma indústria defina seu domicílio, precisa
ter condições mínimas para que aquele território se torne
atrativo para sua atividade, e isso se consegue com uma
política industrial efetiva. É com esse objetivo que vamos
atuar, fazendo com que a Fiep participe da construção dessa
política industrial, mostrando ao poder público que nós
precisamos ter políticas que melhorem a performance da
indústria, o que se reverte em desenvolvimento econômico
e social.
O QUE OS ASSOCIADOS DA FIEP PODEM ESPE-
RAR?
Todo grupo que assume a Fiep tem uma característica
própria. Talvez um diferencial do nosso grupo é saber ouvir
o clamor que os sindicatos filiados estavam tendo por uma
maior representatividade, especialmente da indústria do
interior do Paraná. Acredito que, com essa visão, pudemos
construir um plano de trabalho mais factível, com o qual

DENT.
I am a native of Cascavel (PR) and graduated in Civil
Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná (Ufpr). My
first job was in the Prefabrication Sector, and soon after, at
23, I started my first company in this area. After completing
an MBA in Business Management from Ohio University in
the United States through the Getúlio Vargas Foundation
(FGV), I decided to expand the range of businesses. Since
then, I have also worked in land title incorporation, real
estate, hospitality, and renewable energy. Throughout my
career, I have consistently recognized the importance of
associative organizations, so I became involved in various
entities and initiatives that think and work directly in joint
development. I was a Regional Delegate of the State of the
Paraná Products and Artifacts of Cement and Fiber Cement
Business Union (Sindicaf) and President of the Western
State Paraná of Building Construction Business Union (Sinduscon-Oeste),
the Cascavel Commercial and Industrial
Association (Acic) and the Council for Cascavel Sustainable
Economic Development (Codesc), in addition to having participated
in the Western Program in Development (POD).
At Fiep, I joined the board 12 years ago as Vice-president. I
also coordinated the entity’s Thematic Council of Infrastructure.
I was a Regional Advisor to Sesi Paraná for more than
ten years. Now, I have the honor of assuming the Presidency
of Fiep.
WHAT ARE THE PRIORITIES OF YOUR MANDATE
(2023-2027)?
The purpose of Fiep is the representation of the State
of Paraná Industrial Sector. The group elected with me on
this new board understands that it is the primary role of
the Federation to help transform Paraná into the best state
for industry in Brazil. Unlike a commercial business, which
usually operates within its surrounding area, an industrial
company always seeks other markets, selling its products
not only within its municipality but also in other states and
even in other countries. But for an industrial company to define
its domicile, it must have minimum conditions to make
the area attractive for its activity, which can only be achieved
with an effective industrial policy. With this objective, we will
act so that Fiep participates in constructing this industrial
policy, showing Governments that we need to have policies
that improve the Industrial Sector’s performance, which is
reverted in economic and social development.
WHAT CAN FIEP MEMBERS EXPECT?
Every group that takes over Fiep management has its
own characteristics. Perhaps our group’s difference is that it
knows how to listen to the clamor that the member business
unions were created for better representation, especially
the companies from the interior of Paraná. I believe that,
with this vision, we will be able to build a more feasible work
plan with which we want to be closer to the industry of all
regions of the State.
