THE IMPACT OF NORMOBARIC HYPOXIA ON BLOOD FLOW MODULATION
IN THE SYSTEM OF MICROCIRCULATION. Caraterzi G.I. // Buletinul Academiei de
Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele vieţii.. 2012, No 3 (318), p. 43-53.
The method of laser Doppler fl owmetry has been used to examine the indices of
microcirculation in 15 conditionally healthy volunteers in the process of normobaric hypoxic
exercise. It has been shown that, under the less pronounced hypoxia, a high variability of
microcirculation indices is observed whereas, under the more pronounced hypoxia, a rather
considerable synchronization of their modifi cation takes place. The increase of such indices as
Аmax HF, Аmax CF and the decrease of Аmax LF can serve as markers of functional strain.
That will enable us to carry out individual selection of sanogenic regimen of normobaric hypoxic
exercise.
THE INFLUENCE OF INTENSIVE PHYSICAL EXERCISE ON ORGANISM’S
STATUS OF MICROELEMENTS. Garaeva O. // Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei.
Ştiinţele vieţii.. 2012, No 3 (318), p. 53-59.
The principal aim of this work was to study the infl uence of intensive physical exercises
on organism’s status of microelements using the method of atomic absorption spectroscopy in
blood and urine. Healthy young men aged 15-18 were selected for the research: 17 who don’t
practice sport used as a control group and 17 professional athletes who practice swimming. Zinc
concentration increased by 3.49 times in the athletes in a rest state in blood plasma compared to
the conventional norm in clinics and by 1.5 compared with the control group. The iron content
reduced by 2.76 times compared with the norm, which is consistent with the literature data, and
by 3.14 times compared to the control group; the content of nickel exceeds the norm by 3.3
times at all males, which is probably the result of the ecological status of the country. Intense
physical exercises cause increased excretion of zinc and manganese at athletes. At the same
time, the copper’s excretion decreases during intense physical exercises. The enrichment of the
diet with iron, zinc and manganese may help compensate for their losses.
SYNTHESIS AND ANTILEUKAEMIA ACTIVITY OF N-(2,4-DIMETHYLPHENYL)
HYDRAZINECARBOTHIOAMIDE AND ITS AZOMETHINE DERIVATIVES.
Gulea A., Sargun A., Barba A., Jalba A., Poirier D., Petrenko P., Chumakov Yu. // Buletinul
Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele vieţii.. 2012, No 3 (318), p. 59-66.
The present paper concerns data on the synthesis, characterisation and in vitro biological
activity evaluation of N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)hydrazinecarbothioamide and its fi ve azomethine
derivatives, obtained by condensation of N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)hydrazinecarbothioamide with
different carbonilic compounds. The composition and the crystal structure of the synthesised
compounds have been defi ned by means of 1 H, 13 C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.
