You bring together the legendary effects of roses with your
users through your products. How would you summarize
these effects?
We process our products from Isparta’s carefully selected roses
with our naturalness recipe and bring them together with our
users.
Each product group has its own duties. While someone is
struggling with old age, our other products are working to
moisturize the dried skin. Our products in the skin cleansing
group, on the other hand, maintain a detailed cleaning by
protecting the moisture balance of our skin.
The feedback from our customers, in fact, provides an experience
that we expect but our users have not experienced before.
You also have a smile effect on the faces about social
responsibility. Can you give some more detailed information
about your work in this field?
One of our purpose of establishment is to be sensitive. We
have many project ideas and we will be operational in time.
Everything started with the photo we see on social media one
day.
We saw a photo of a patient who had chemotherapy treatment
and her skin appeared dry and we contacted her directly, and
stated that we could send her a free moisturizing cream during
her treatment. There is no word description of the emotion that
our patient’s current happiness makes us feel. We decided to
direct all of the stock that we allocated for PR presentation to
our patients who received chemotherapy treatment.

We announced this on social media and on our website. Here
we would like to hand over the right to the blogger friends who
contact us for promotion. Many have repeatedly shared that
we can help our patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment
on their own account. We took care of our patients, who have
reached us thanks to them, regardless of time, we have sent
product feedback and received our feedback. We are happy to
moisturize the fading skin, even if in a bit, with our patients.

kullanıcılarınızla buluşturuyorsunuz. Bu etkileri nasıl
özetlersiniz?
Ürünlerimizi Isparta’nın özenle seçilmiş güllerinden, doğallık
reçetemiz ile işleyerek kullanıcılarımızla buluşturuyoruz.
Her ürün grubunun kendi içerisinde üstlendiği görevleri
mevcut. Birisi yaşlılıkla mücadele ederken, diğer ürünlerimiz
kuruyan ciltleri nemlendirme görevini yapıyor. Cilt temizleme
grubundaki ürünlerimiz ise cildimizin nem dengesini koruyarak
detaylı bir temizlik yapıyor.
Müşterilerimizden gelen geri bildirimler ise aslında bizim
beklediğimiz, ancak kullanıcılarımızın daha önce tecrübe
etmediği bir deneyim sunuyor.
Sosyal sorumluluk konusunda da yüzlerde gülümseme etkisi
sağlıyorsunuz. Bu alandaki çalışmalarınız hakkında biraz
daha detaylı bilgi verebilir misiniz?
Kuruluş amacımızdan birisi de duyarlı olabilmek. Birçok
proje fikrimiz var zamanla faaliyetegeçireceğiz. Bir gün sosyal
medyada gördüğümüz fotoğraf ile başladı her şey.
Kemoterapi tedavisi gören, cildi kupkuru gözüken bir
hastamızın fotoğrafını gördük ve direk kendisiyle iletişime
geçtik tedavisi boyunca kendisine ücretsiz nemlendirici
krem gönderebileceğimizi ifade ettik. Hastamızın o anki
mutluluğunun bizlere hissettirdiği duygunun kelime olarak bir
tarifi gerçekten yok. Hızlıca PR tanıtımı için ayırdığımız stoğun
tamamını bize ulaşan kemoterapi tedavisi gören hastalarımıza
yönlendirme kararı aldık.

Sosyal medyada ve internet sitemizde bunun duyurusunu
yaptık. Burada tanıtım için bizlerle iletişime geçen blogger
arkadaşların hakkını teslim etmek isteriz. Birçoğu kendi
hesaplarında kemoterapi tedavisi gören hastalarımıza yardımcı
olabileceğimizi defalarca paylaştılar. Onlarında sayesiyle bizlere
ulaşan hastalarımızla zaman gözetmeksizin birebir ilgilendik,
ürün gönderimlerini yaptık geri bildirimlerimizi aldık.
