“Pojistné rozpravy” No. 20-22 incorporated the selected chapters of the book „European Insurance Regulation
– New Opportunities for Insurers and Consumers”. This book was written by Bertrand Labilloy for the Comité
Européen des Assurances (CEA) and the mentioned selected chapters were translated into Czech by experts of
the Czech Insurance Association.
The advantage of this book is the complete overview of the European Insurance Law and corresponding
European Regulation and Supervision in the insurance fi eld.
