5.10 无 损 微 波 热 声 成 像 及 其 应 用 基 础 研 究项 目 批 准 号 :30870676项 目 负 责 人 : 邢 达依 托 单 位 : 华 南 师 范 大 学本 课 题 组 多 年 来 致 力 于 无 损 快 速 、 高 分 辨 的 生 物 医 学 成 像 技 术 研 究 , 利 用 快 速 光 声 成 像在 脑 功 能 检 测 、 肿 瘤 治 疗 监 控 及 评 价 等 方 面 做 了 一 系 列 开 拓 性 研 究 。 此 次 拟 研 究 的 微 波 热 声成 像 是 一 种 原 理 上 与 光 声 成 像 相 似 但 基 于 微 波 激 励 超 声 效 应 反 映 组 织 内 部 微 波 吸 收 分 布 的新 兴 医 学 成 像 方 法 。 与 光 声 成 像 相 比 , 热 声 成 像 采 用 检 测 微 波 激 发 超 声 信 号 , 大 大 提 高 成 像深 度 , 更 适 合 于 实 际 应 用 检 测 。 本 课 题 计 划 在 原 有 成 像 技 术 的 基 础 上 , 建 立 一 套 由 微 波 激 发 ,多 元 阵 列 快 速 采 集 及 重 建 的 成 像 系 统 , 并 在 此 系 统 上 开 展 结 合 实 际 应 用 的 基 础 研 究 。 利 用 热声 成 像 反 映 电 磁 学 参 数 差 异 的 特 性 对 X 光 成 像 无 法 分 辨 的 低 密 度 异 物 进 行 高 对 比 度 的 成 像检 测 。 并 且 根 据 乳 腺 正 常 组 织 和 肿 瘤 之 间 的 高 微 波 吸 收 差 异 特 性 , 开 展 乳 腺 肿 瘤 的 早 期 检 测 ,研 究 结 合 微 波 吸 收 增 强 微 粒 的 早 期 乳 腺 肿 瘤 特 异 性 分 子 成 像 。 最 终 建 成 基 于 微 波 热 声 成 像 的无 损 、 快 速 、 高 分 辨 高 对 比 度 的 成 像 检 测 方 法 , 为 解 决 目 前 医 学 成 像 盲 区 提 供 可 靠 的 新 技 术 。关 键 词 : 微 波 热 声 成 像 ; 无 损 检 测 ; 异 物 检 测 ; 早 期 乳 腺 检 测学 科 代 码 :H1807发 表 论 著 :(* 通 讯 作 者 )1.
